But this is a real-deal, premium Gin in the \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eLondon Dry category\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e with a \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003edistinctly Japanese flair.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e The main botanical is the traditional juniper, and you will recognize the expected hint of lemon and orris root. But it’s\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e rice-based (like Sake) \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003eand the rest of the \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003erecipe is all-Japan: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003eSansho berries, Gyokuro green tea leaves, Yuzu citrus, Bamboo, Hinoki wood shavings (Japanese Cypress), and more.
