This is accomplished by hand-selecting the best casks from inventory and giving them extra time to rest.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nBoth of their Single Malts are \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003etriple distilled\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e — as Irish Whiskey should be — and aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks without chill filtration.
