Originating all the way from St Lucia, and presented in a gorgeous bottle, this Rum is one of the rare ones served perfectly neat and in cocktails, so go on, experiment a little!
 
I bet you’re wondering why its called Elements 8? Well this refers to the 8 elements necessary for Rum production - environment, cane sugar, water, yeast, distillation, tropical ageing, blending and filtration. A nod to the tradition and craftsmanship behind the drink. 
 
The Rum itself has been matured for four years in ex-Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels. The final liquid is the product of ten different Rums blended together and diluted down using St Lucian rainforest water.
