It has a laminated body encased in a high performance thermoplastic cover, 1-9/16" wide case, 3/8" diameter shackle, and 1/2" horizontal shackle clearance. It has a 4-pin cylinder and dual locking levers for pick and pry resistance and a case-hardened steel shackle for superior cut resistance. Also, the quick snap cap on the bottom minimizes key cylinder jams caused by dust, dirt and freezing. Two keys are included with No. 312D and three keys are included with No. 312TR1.
