Tea W/Rock Candy Enamel Pin

I grew up drinking out of smaller tea glasses we called "Estekan" in Farsi. Some are round, some are tall and curved as shown in the photos like the traditional Turkish tea glass. I chose the tall and curved shape because it was also the best shape for Nabat Choobie or rock candy on a stick. Rock candy that we had with tea was either plain or saffron infused like the gold colored one on this pin.

This pin is a symbol of nostalgia for my childhood tea times and tea glasses you would often find in Persian households!
